We ship Aus Post tracked parcel complimentary on all orders. If you require your parcel faster please choose express shipping at checkout (will cost $12 at checkout).

We do! You can select this at check out & collection details will be sent to you after you've placed your order. Our studio is located in Mount Martha, Victoria & pick up will be typically available within 1 - 2 business days.

We ship Australia Post Express to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15AUD. According to Australia Post shipping is 2-5 business days between metro areas. These times cannot be guaranteed and delays are common. 

Important Notes  Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. 

We ship DHL EXPRESS to all countries outside of Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate of $20AUD. Shipping times generally fall between 2-8 business days. 

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
