  • refunds + exchanges

    please reach out to threaded via email within 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange a return.

    contact us at hello@threadedstudio.com.au and provide details on why you wish to return the item, along with the specific item you plan to send back.

    returned items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a return.

    refunds will only be issued for faulty merchandise. for returns due to a change of mind, we can facilitate exchanges only. please note that threaded does not cover postage costs for returns due to a change of mind.

    all returns must be shipped via Australian registered post (domestic) or registered post (international). threaded is not responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty items.

    please be aware that all sales are considered final after the initial 14-day return period.

  • faulty items

    if a faulty item is received, please contact us at hello@threadedstudio.com.au with a photo or the fault and your order number.

    return postage will be covered by threaded, up to the amount originally paid.

    wrong item sent

    we are very sorry! human errors happen in our small team on very rare occasions. we will send the correct item as soon as the return is received.

    manufacturing fault

    due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, on a handful of occasions there may be a human fault in the production process.

    we will repair or replace your item as soon as possible. a refund will be issued if these avenues of compensation are not available.

    please consider and follow the recommended care instructions, sent with each order, for all threaded items.

    those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund. more information about caring for your jewellery can be found in here.

  • repairs

    we understand that mishaps occur from time to time. we offer repair services on a case-by-case basis.

    please gather all pieces needing repair and contact us at hello@threadedstudio.com.au to begin the repair process.

    costs will vary based on the extent of work needed and any missing or damaged pieces. customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio.
